If for some reason you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. If we made a mistake, we'll make it right through either refund, store credit or replacement, depending on the situation.
Our goal is to make you a lifelong customer and your satisfaction is our priority. So we offer a "No Questions Asked" return policy. If the shoes don't fit, or if you are not satisfied with your order in any way, you may exchange or return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it.

Once your return is received, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received it. We'll then process your refund through your original method of payment.
Most of our products are printed on demand especially for each customer. Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Please note that most of our custom printed products require 10 - 15 days for production and delivery to your address. We have included this information in the relevant product descriptions. You'll find that our exclusive design products are well worth the wait!
